Welcome home! As a new homeowner at Tamarack Trails, here are some first steps to help you acclimate to the community.

Setup services and utitities

• Setup your gas and electric service through Madison Gas & Electric
• Get online! Setup, or transfer, our internet service

Unpack, recycle and get familiar with trash collection

• Garbage pickup is every Thursday, and is included in your monthly assessment
  • Your bin should be at the end of your driveway by XXXXX
• Recycling pickup is dependent on the selected provider
  • You can download your recycling calendar here
  • Contact the association office if you want to change your recycling service

Familiarize yourself with Appfolio

• If you didn’t receive an email to complete your account, contact the association office
• Determine how you’d like to pay your monthly association fee, due on the 1st of each month
  • Mail or drop off a check at the association office (checks made payable to Tamarack Trails)
  • Setup bill pay through you bank
  • Setup automatic withdrawal through Appfolio (there is a monthly $2.95 Appfolio processing fee)

Need maintenance help?

Maintenance requests are submitted in Appfolio. Some exterior maintenance may be your responsibility, or at your cost (if not covered by the Association)

The association provides maintenance service for several exterior components as part of your monthly assessment fee. Maintenance on the exterior shell. This performed largely by the Association.

Before making exterior changes to your residence, consult the Architectural Review Board (ARB) policies and/or contact the Association office team for direction.
