Since 1974, Tamarack Trails has been a haven for the residents who call this home. Built on 50 acres dotted with mature trees and landscaping there are 320 homes that comprise this vibrant, active and welcoming community.

Located on Madison, Wisconsin’s west side, the community is within walking distance to the West Towne Mall, public schools, restaurants, grocery stores and parks, plus only a short drive or bus ride to the University of Wisconsin and downtown Madison. Tamarack’s amenities include a community pool, community garden, clubhouse and two tennis/pickleball courts.
